Sales Coordinator
Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and energized by helping a sales team succeed? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales organization through business development, CRM management, customer outreach, and day-to-day coordination that keeps our team operating at a high level.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales support, inside sales, customer success, or business development experience who enjoys wearing multiple hats and building relationships.
What You'll Do
  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational activities.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate pipeline management and lead tracking.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the sales team.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective customers and re-engage dormant opportunities.
  • Schedule introductory and follow-up meetings between prospects and sales representatives.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for business development activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Assist with webinar follow-up and marketing initiatives when needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting both existing and prospective customers.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, business development, customer success, or sales coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
  • Exposure to software, technology, ERP, manufacturing, or industrial industries.
  • Experience assisting with marketing campaigns, webinars, or customer events.
