Sales Coordinator

JSG is seeking a Sales Coordinator who will become the operational backbone behind a high-performing sales organization. In this role, you’ll support Account Managers by keeping critical sales activities moving—managing price lists, forecasts, documentation, sampling, and customer quotations—while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams like Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Customer Service. If you’re energized by juggling priorities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless order execution, this is a chance to make a measurable impact every day.

Pay $25/hour

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support and/or manufacturing operations
• Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned
• Excellent multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including:
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • SAP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and with customers
• Spoken and written English proficiency

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working with customer service teams across multiple regions and harmonizing shared processes
• Comfort working with KPIs and service-level tracking to support continuous improvement
• Experience handling customer complaints, follow-ups, and resolution coordination
