We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for our In Room Dining department who will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders over the phone, making menu suggestions, and ensuring a smooth communication flow with Room Service Servers and Managers. This role involves handling different forms of payment, such as room charges, credit cards, and cash, to provide guests with a seamless experience. The Sales Coordinator's interactions with guests directly impact the satisfaction levels of our Room Service service.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in sales techniques and recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good networking abilities and knowledge of hotel operations due to extensive interactions across all hotel departments

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process food and beverage orders via phone, offering menu suggestions and taking special requests
