Sales Coordinator- MW

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Movable Walls (MW) team in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales function by coordinating the complete order management process, ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales, factories, logistics, finance, and project teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end sales order process by accurately entering customer orders into SAP and ensuring timely processing.
• Review customer purchase orders against approved quotations and verify all commercial and technical details before order execution.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Sales Engineers to obtain approvals and issue order acknowledgements to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor the status of all orders from receipt through delivery.
• Liaise with factories, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and project teams to ensure timely production, shipment, and delivery.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements and obtain competitive freight quotations while ensuring all shipping documentation is complete.
• Work closely with the Finance team to facilitate timely invoicing and monitor customer accounts that are on credit hold.
• Track open orders, backorders, and delivery schedules, proactively identifying delays and escalating issues where necessary.
• Support the Sales Manager by maintaining an accurate and up-to-date Order Book and ensuring sales data is complete and reliable.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Prepare regular reports including delivery performance, backorder reports, rolling forecasts, customer complaints, NCRs, and other sales performance reports as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
• Experience within the construction, architectural solutions, access solutions, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of SAP ERP is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
