Sales Coordinator

Join our team as a Sales Coordinator!  In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by managing daily operations and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities and assist the sales team in achieving targets.
• Manage client communications and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and process sales documentation, quotes, and contracts.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain sales databases and track performance metrics.
• Support the planning and execution of sales events and presentations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales support or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
