Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual who can help drive growth by generating new business, building brand awareness, and developing strong customer relationships. This role plays a key part in increasing revenue while allowing leadership to focus on scaling and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales  Coordinator:

Sales

  • Prospect and engage local businesses
  • Build strategic partnerships within the community
  • Generate and qualify new leads
  • Schedule and attend client meetings
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
  • Track activity and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams

Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media presence
  • Promote zTrip at local events and initiatives
  • Execute community outreach efforts
  • Develop and send email campaigns
  • Coordinate local advertising efforts
  • Support brand awareness campaigns
  • Create engaging marketing content

Operational Support

  • Assist with recruiting and hiring events
  • Help coordinate communication with drivers
  • Manage customer follow-ups and satisfaction efforts
  • Reduce administrative workload for leadership

Networking & Community Engagement of a Sales Coordinator:

This role requires an active presence in the local business community, including:

  • Birmingham business networking events
  • Chamber of Commerce meetings
