Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Neptune, New Jersey

Type: Contract To Hire Opportunity
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40.0 hours per week

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all correspondence of customers, sales representatives, regional managers, sales personnel, and associates
• Manage contract and order administration, including customer purchase orders, files, certifications, customer portals, and change orders
• Act as liaison between the customer and the company via phone, email, fax, or in person
• Coordinate all correspondence for respective territories by region
• Responsible for all facets of quotations, application reviews, specifications reviews, and understanding customer needs
• Provide technical information to customers as required
• Provide updated status of orders and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain and update open order reports, bookings reports, etc.
• Work with Manufacturer’s Representative groups and their personnel

Sales Coordinator Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-10 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
• Experience with Manufacturers’ reps and outside regionals is a plus
• Tradeshow coordination experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; effective in presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings
• Advanced skills in navigating and using internet/intranet, enterprise resource planning software, MS Office, and troubleshooting
• Intermediate math skills including calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
• Intermediate reasoning skills to understand and carry out instructions and handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, kneeling or crouching, talking, and hearing as specified
