Job Summary


Courtyard by Marriott North Brunswick is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the hotel’s sales efforts. This role will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities and maximizing overall team performance.


Key Responsibilities


  •  Support daily operations of the sales department 
  •  Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, group bookings, and coordination 
  •  Maintain sales records, contracts, and documentation 
  •  Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations 
  •  Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication for the sales team 
  •  Monitor sales progress and identify areas for improvement 
  •  Ensure all sales systems, tools, and materials are up to date 
  •  Work closely with operations to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events 
Qualifications


  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 
  • 2–4 years of experience in hospitality or sales support role
  •  Prior hotel experience preferred (Marriott experience a plus) 
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  •  Experience with hotel systems (Delphi, Opera, Marriott systems) is a plus
