Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales & Distribution Coordinator serves as the link between Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Retail partners. This role coordinates all aspects of outbound distribution, ensuring orders are delivered accurately, on time, and with proactive communication. The Coordinator also supports new distribution partnerships, maintains critical documentation, and continuously improves distribution workflows and customer service. 

Essential Duties / Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively coordinate outbound deliveries, pickups, and customer scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and manufacturing partners regarding deliveries.
  • Prepare and distribute manifests, COAs, invoices, and required shipping documentation.
  • Maintain delivery calendars and ensure scheduling accuracy.
  • Track and resolve delivery issues, returns, and customer requests.
  • Maintain customer records, documentation, and communication logs.
  • Generate operational reports and KPI dashboards related to deliveries, service levels, and order fulfillment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for distribution workflows.
  • Support physical deliveries where possible

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with ERP, inventory, or distribution software (Distru preferred).
  • Customer service, logistics, or sales support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
  • At least two years of related experience required.
