We are looking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. This role plays a key part in managing sales systems, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales materials
  • Manage inquiries, bookings, and CRM data (Delphi)
  • Run and distribute sales reports and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate group details (menus, amenities, materials)
  • Support site visits, sales trips, and client communications
  • Assist with reservations and guest requests as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative or hospitality experience
  • Experience in hotels, events, or sales coordination preferred
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Delphi, CRM systems, or hotel PMS preferred
  • Canva/Adobe experience a plus
