Known for long-term stability and a commitment to quality, this organization plays a meaningful role in connecting organic food suppliers with international markets. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their remote team and serve as a critical hub for international order management and export documentation. This is a role that offers genuine long-term career stability for the right candidate — the previous individual in this position held it for 16 years.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and track inbound and outbound orders, managing 30–40 concurrent orders across varying stages of completion
    • Prepare and manage international export documentation, including commercial invoices and original documents requiring manufacturer stamps and signatures for customs clearance, banking, and Letter of Credit (LC) transactions
    • Maintain accurate records and bookkeeping related to orders and transactions
    • Support profit and loss (P&L) tracking and reporting responsibilities
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, communicating order status and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
    • Follow established processes consistently while identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement
    • Navigate country-specific regulatory requirements for international trade documentation across a diverse global customer base

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets) and MS Outlook
    • Proven experience creating and managing order documentation
    • Demonstrated experience preparing international export documentation, including commercial invoices, customs paperwork, and Letter of Credit transactions
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions
    • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
    • Ability to follow structured processes and execute them consistently and accurately
    • Comfort with bookkeeping and basic financial tracking
    • Openness to adopting and adapting to new technologies and systems

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Background in the food industry, particularly organic food
    • Familiarity with international trade compliance and customs requirements

    Compensation

    • $200–$300 monthly stipend

If you are a highly organized, process-driven professional with a passion for international trade and the ability to manage complex, multi-order workflows with precision, we encourage you to apply. This is a unique opportunity to step into a stable, long-standing role within a globally connected organization where your attention to detail and dedication will make a real impact.
