Join this dynamic opportunity and be part of something extraordinary.What Will I Be DoingThe Sales coordinator provides support to sales managers and working closely with Director of Sales and Marketing on special projects that may include data collection and reporting accuracy. This position is crucial in lead management contractual completion written and verbal communication to contacts etc.Answering Phones and emails to assist internal and external guests with requestPreparing proposals contractsData Entry using Delphi.fdc Microsoft Word and Excel.Preparing for client site inspections. Attend weekly sales departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations such as group pick up meeting weekly resume meeting and daily sales meeting.Running reports through Delphi systems administrative duties making sure accuracy of all definite groups in the system.Completes special projects as requested by their team. Client interaction with showcasing of model rooms at time.This is an entry level hourly based role.
