Responsibilities: Schedule work in ServiceTitan, manage paperwork, handle rescheduling, monitor voicemails and emails, and assist customers by discussing services, prices, and availability. Must be comfortable with sales, technology, and multitasking.
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00/hour. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 35-40 hours/week.
Qualifications: Construction/trades knowledge is a plus, high school diploma or GED, strong customer service, office management, and communication skills.
