- Own the end-to-end customer order process—from reviewing and validating quotes to entry and follow-through to completion.
- Proactively track and follow up on open quotations to maximize closure rates and support sales pipeline growth.
- Maintain clean, accurate data and records within our ERP/CRM systems.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, lead routing, and quote requests, bringing a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Keep customers and internal teams proactively updated on order statuses, lead times, and any changes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Planning, Quality, and Shipping to align customer needs with smooth order fulfillment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and hands-on experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred (equivalent professional experience will also be considered).
- Must be a U.S. Person as required by ITAR regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous eye for detail and high data accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, positive, and customer-first mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
