Currently, Stoney Brook Belton Is Seeking a Full-time Sales Counselor to Continue Our Story of Compassionately Caring for Our Residents. As a Sales Counselor, You Will Be Assisting the Executive Director with Pre-and Post-move in Planning and Execution of New Resident Assimilation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Family and Resident with All Move-in Logistics (Except Care Issues).
- Ensure Staff Are Aware of New Residents - Notify Nurses and Caregivers.
- Provide "Hand Holding" for Resident/Family As Required.
- Provide Resident/Family a Brief Orientation to the Apartment and Surroundings.
- Assist Executive Director, with Marketing Materials, Tours, Event Planning, Calls to Prospective Residents and Meeting Sales Goals.
Requirements:
- Prior Experience Assisting with the Marketing/Sales Process, Preferably in a Senior Living or Multi-family Environment.
- Proficient Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written in English.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills Both in Person and on the Telephone.
- Experience with Yardi or Other Client Management System Highly Preferred.
- High School Diploma or G.e.d.
- Ability to Speak, Read & Write English.
- Must Be Willing to Undergo a Routine Background Check Including Physical and Drug Screen.
Shifts:
- Tuesday – Saturday
- 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Must Be Willing to Work Other Days/Hours for Special Events Including Holidays on Rotation.
