Key Responsibilities

  • The primary function of this position is to contact via telephone, potential residents identified in the existing lead bank to generate appointments. 
  • Set initial and subsequent appointments with potential residents
  • Make persuasive presentations that encourage prospective residents to make the decision to move to the community.
  • Work with sales and marketing staff to exceed quotas and meet or exceed Goals (see Incentives and Goals).
  • Respond in a timely and effective way to all inquiries for information, tours and residency.
  • Follow established procedures for inquiries/lead sharing, admissions, and assignment of residences.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Five or more years of sales experience.  Experience in senior living a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing, communications or related field of study preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • English language proficiency
