Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire is looking for a Sales & Customer Experience Manager to help lead the next stage of our growth.

This is not a traditional sales manager position.

You will not spend your day sitting behind a desk reviewing spreadsheets.

You will be in the field coaching salespeople, training technicians, improving follow-up processes, reviewing customer interactions, increasing close rates, and helping us create a world-class customer experience.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our sales efforts and ensure exceptional service delivery in Sioux Falls, SD.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Train and mentor the sales and customer service teams.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
About Us:

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
