Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire is looking for a Sales & Customer Experience Manager to help lead the next stage of our growth.
This is not a traditional sales manager position.
You will not spend your day sitting behind a desk reviewing spreadsheets.
You will be in the field coaching salespeople, training technicians, improving follow-up processes, reviewing customer interactions, increasing close rates, and helping us create a world-class customer experience.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our sales efforts and ensure exceptional service delivery in Sioux Falls, SD.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Train and mentor the sales and customer service teams.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote services and enhance brand awareness.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service management.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
