Performance Internet Parts is growing, and we need a motivated, tech-savvy Sales and Customer Associate to help us deliver top-quality automotive suspension parts. If you're passionate about cars, trucks, RVs, ATVs, or UTVs---whether you're an experienced professional or just eager to learn---we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Provide phone and chat support to customers, focusing on suspension products like shocks and struts.
- Engage with leads on social media and automotive forums, answering questions and solving suspension-related issues.
- Work closely with our CEO and marketing team to analyze data and develop content.
- Contribute to content creation, helping make information accessible and easy to understand.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine automotive enthusiast with a passion for performance upgrades.
- At least 1 year of automotive experience is a plus.
- A great attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google apps.
- High School diploma or higher (preferred).
