Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.

Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist in the development and presentation of insurance solutions tailored to client requirements.

Maintain accurate client records and update information in our systems.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and group objectives.

Continuously enhance knowledge of our insurance offerings and industry best practices.


Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Enthusiasm for learning about insurance products and services.

  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
