We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Drive Enrollment Growth

  • Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building

  • Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
  • Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
  • Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience

Sales Execution

  • Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
  • Overcome objections and close enrollments
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

Bilingual Customer Support

  • Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
  • Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations and program teams
  • Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings

Requirements

  • Ability to build rapport with families — You can talk to parents with ease, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — You’re great with people, clear in your message, and comfortable speaking with both adults and kids.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish — You can confidently communicate with families in both languages.
  • Team player who takes initiative — You bring energy to a group but can also work independently and stay focused without micromanagement.
