We’re hiring Sales / Customer Service Representatives to join a disciplined, high-standards team built on:

This is an inbound, office-based sales role in Madison, WI.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound phone calls and emails from customers requesting moving estimates
Lead structured sales conversations using our proven call framework (we train you)
Ask strong questions, build value, present price confidently, and close
Follow up with unscheduled leads
Participate in regular call monitoring, reviews, and coaching sessions
Continuously improve by mastering the fundamentals of great sales calls

Compensation:
$18-20.00/hour PLUS commission
Agents averaging $22-25/hour WITH commissions added
