Sales / Customer Service Representative for Memory Book Yearbooks
Location: Sedalia, Missouri
Through direct marketing via mail, telephone calls, website inquiries, response cards, etc., the representative is responsible for increasing sales in both their specific territory and for the team as a whole within the goals and guidelines set by management. You'll be communicating with public and private school teachers, administrators, parent/student organizations, photographers, territory representatives, and private individuals.
Customer service is provided on orders from order entry through the post-shipment time frame with interaction between the customer, representative, manufacturing, and accounting. You'll be communicating with other representatives of the Sales and Customer Service team, Information Systems, Accounting, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Management.
Paid an hourly wage with a commission paid quarterly if sales goals are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum education required is a high school diploma or GED. Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position. An associate's or college degree is preferred.
Bi-lingual in Spanish would be preferred.
Office experience in dealing with international customers and shipping documentation not a requirement, but would be beneficial.
Must have a working knowledge of basic office procedures, including keyboarding.
Knowledge or experience with a CRM software package, or customer database software is preferred.
Knowledge of basic accounting functions would be helpful, but not required.
Good communicator with pleasant telephone voice.
Proven sales experience is required; inside sales experience preferred.
