Location:

East Hanover, NJ, Hybrid- 3 days Onsite (Tue, Wed, Thurs) & 2 days remote (Monday & Friday)

Introduction

The role is responsible for completing customer support activities, including product administration scheduling, order management, and delivery for Radioligand therapies (RLT), primarily via phone and email.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Fluent in English; other languages are desirable
• 1 year of progressive business experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, telephony, and navigating systems related to product ordering and case management
• Salesforce experience required
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Oncology experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible staggered schedule (early mornings/later evenings)
• Strong written and verbal skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Complete customer support activities, including product administration scheduling and order management
• Leverage internal systems for ongoing case management, including phone and email outreaches
• Handle interactions and cases with appropriate escalation related to product ordering and delivery
• Follow protocols for responding to customer inquiries across various communication channels
• Adhere to all applicable Working Practice Documents (WPDs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Compliance Guidelines
• Identify and report adverse events via established systems as per applicable processes
