We are looking to hire accomplished inside sales / marketing representatives to make real connections with clients that are requesting an estimate on their move. We need focused individuals that have a highly-successful track record of selling and thriving in high energy stress free environment.

Job duties:

• Create new sales by providing product knowledge in a timely manner
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products/ services needed
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
• Accurately process customer quotes and book dates
• Follow up with proper paper work needed to complete transaction
• Provide accurate information regarding availability
• Increase sales and average order size by means of up-selling, add-on sales and offering extra services that we can provide
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team
• Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Present a professional image at all times to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Capabilities:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in phone-based sales
• Excellent grammar
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow up
• Effective working in an open team environment
• Highly self-motivated and deal oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Outbound calling to generate qualified sales leads and opportunities
• Assisting management with prospect follow up and other sales activities as needed
• Responding to leads and determining possible opportunities
• Following up and converting leads to a new accounts
• Understanding industry trends, issues and competitors
• Reporting sales and lead generation activity
• Professional Call Center Experience Preferred.
