About the Role:
Briarpatch Greenhouses, Inc. is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales/Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Shelby, NC! In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our company — delivering beautiful plants and greenhouse products while building lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver greenhouse products to customers on scheduled routes
• Represent Briarpatch Greenhouses with professionalism and a customer-first attitude at every stop
• Actively promote and upsell products to existing and potential customers during deliveries
• Load and unload plants, flowers, and greenhouse merchandise with care
• Maintain accurate delivery records, invoices, and customer documentation
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Assist with order fulfillment and inventory management as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous delivery, route driving, or outside sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (plants, containers, pallets)
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Basic math skills for handling invoices and transactions
• Passion for horticulture, plants, or agriculture is a plus
