Our client's established luxury design brand specializing in bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to join its growing Miami team. Working alongside leading interior designers, architects, developers, and discerning private clients, you'll play a key role in bringing extraordinary design visions to life with exceptional products. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, client focused professional who enjoys developing relationships, guiding clients through the design process, and managing projects from concept through completion.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for interior designers, architects, developers, and private clients
- Guide clients through the design and specification process for kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture, from initial inquiry to final order
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the design community
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with internal design, operations, and production teams
- Manage projects through the full sales cycle, including follow ups, timelines, and coordination
- Contribute to an elevated client experience
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Participate in industry events, showroom activations, and client meetings as needed
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in high-end sales, showroom consulting, or design related roles
- Proficiency in CRM systems, proposals, and basic design documentation (AutoCAD or similar a plus, but not required)
- Strong understanding of luxury interiors, materials, and the design process
- Experience working with interior designers and architects is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional, polished, and client facing demeanor
- Ability to work within the showroom and visit with clients within the market
