We are excited to announce that we are looking for a full time Sales Designer, who will design and sell beautiful custom storage solutions to our clients.  We offer the top commissions in our local market. With opportunities for bonuses.  Base commission plus kickers for jobs with higher gross margins. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent Inspired Closets at client appointments, and identify, evaluate and design solutions to meet the clients’ needs
• Run an average of 5-8 client appointments per week
• Close sales opportunities and meet or exceed all assigned metric goals

• Maintain high quality standards and manage each customer’s project to completion
• Follow and understand industry trends that include interior design, fashion and organization
• Build relationships with clients and potential clients through networking opportunities
• Create and manage a personal marketing plan
• Attend all required meetings and trainings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years experience in sales with a record of success
• Preferred prior B2C sales experience
• An interest in interior design and home improvement
• Spatial reasoning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Previous experience designing in CAD helpful

JOB TYPE:  FULL TIME

COMPENSATION:  Uncapped commission plus bonuses
