    What You'll Do

    As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in achieving dealership sales objectives while developing a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include:

    • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
    • Drive customer engagement and ensure an exceptional purchase experience
    • Manage daily sales activities, performance tracking, and training initiatives
    • Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
    • Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and sales standards
    • Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture

    What You'll Bring

    • Prior Automotive Sales Management experience required
    • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving dealership performance
    • Exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
