Sales Development Representative

Location: Corpus Christi, TX (Candidates must reside within 40 minutes of the territory)

Employment Type: 1 yr Contract w/ pos of ext./conversion

Start Date: July 7, 2026

Compensation: $29/hour plus uncapped commission opportunities

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a high-performing field sales team focused on expanding partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses, particularly within the restaurant and food service industry. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys face-to-face selling, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires regular travel throughout assigned territories and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to business growth in underserved and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire new business partners within assigned territories.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present partnership opportunities and communicate the value proposition effectively.
• Negotiate agreements and close new business opportunities.
• Manage a high-volume, transactional sales cycle with a focus on rapid conversions.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to execute territory growth strategies.
• Utilize provided sales tools and resources to support prospecting and closing activities.
• Travel extensively within assigned markets, including occasional overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of sales experience in a closing role or comparable customer-facing sales environment.
• Proven success selling to small and medium-sized businesses preferred.
• Experience working with restaurants, food service businesses, or hospitality clients is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a dynamic sales territory.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results and creating scalable success.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 50% or more of the time).
