Are you passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in emerging markets? We're looking for an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets to join our Outside Sales team. This role offers the opportunity to expand DoorDash's footprint, primarily in rural areas, by winning new business and forming partnerships with local and regional restaurants.

Located in Cookeville or Chattanooga, TN, this position requires candidates to be within 40 minutes of the location. You'll enjoy the vibrant culture and community while contributing to the growth strategy of DoorDash.

Responsibilities

• Travel to emerging markets and manage transactional deal cycles.
• Form new partnerships with local and regional restaurants.
• Collaborate with a Regional Sales Manager and utilize sales tools provided.
• Negotiate revenue share agreements with restaurant owners.

Requirements

• 2.5 years of sales experience in a closing sales role or related experience.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to meet with restaurant owners.
• Efficient and strategic with inside and outside sales tactics.

Preferences

• Experience selling to SMBs, especially in the restaurant or food/beverage industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for building strategies and playbooks.

This is a temporary position from July 7, 2026, to October 31, 2026, with a base compensation and uncapped commission structure. On Target Earnings (OTE) for commissions are $1900 per month, with the opportunity to exceed this amount.
