As an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead, you will play a crucial role in winning new business and contributing to the overall growth strategy of DoorDash. You will be responsible for traveling to emerging markets, primarily in rural areas, to establish new partnerships with local and regional restaurants. This is a field sales position that requires face-to-face interactions and a fast-paced, transactional deal cycle.

Requirements

• 2.5 years of sales experience, preferably in a closing sales role.
• Ability to travel to destination markets at least 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in both inside and outside sales tactics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to sales.

Preferences

• Experience selling to SMBs, especially in the restaurant or food/beverage industry.
• Located within 40 minutes of Charleston, WV.

Compensation includes a base salary with additional commission for every new restaurant partnership. On Target Earnings (OTE) for commissions are $1900 per month, with the potential to exceed this amount as the commission is uncapped.
