About the Position:
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities by outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. By looking for potential new customers and business opportunities, the SDM will build a healthy sales pipeline. The SDM will also collaborate with the greater sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and re-engagement initiatives. This is an individual contributor (IC) role.

The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 USD, with OTE of $70,000 - $80,000. New hire salaries typically fall between the range minimum and midpoint, depending on job-related skills, experience, and expertise as assessed during the interview process.
