Job Description:

The Inside Sales Program Supervisor will lead and support a national early-career inside sales program. The role involves mentoring, coaching, onboarding, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure trainees are prepared for successful sales careers. This is a highly interactive, fully onsite role with some national travel to support recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop 30–35 sales trainees across the country through a structured 12–18 month program
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions using existing content and LMS platforms
• Support the hiring process of sales trainees by participating in campus recruitment and interviews
• Customize training to align with new acquisitions and product lines
• Maintain a light personal sales account base to lead by example and stay engaged in sales strategy
• Partner with sales leadership to set, track, and report performance goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and District Managers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of inside or outside sales experience
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong preference for background in industrial distribution
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365
• Strong communicator with high energy and a collaborative leadership style
• Must be able to travel ~6 weeks/year for campus recruiting
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite
