Sales Development Representative

$45,000 Base + Commission- HYBRID ROLE!!!!!!

Are you energized by generating leads, connecting with customers, and building a strong sales pipeline? If you're looking for a role where you can focus on lead generation instead of managing the entire sales process, we'd love to meet you!

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive leads for our manufactured housing communities across the U.S. You'll be responsible for generating interest, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our onsite Sales & Leasing team.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging online listings that attract qualified buyers.
• Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace and other online advertising platforms.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads through phone, email, and text.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the onsite Sales & Leasing team.
• Track lead activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Monitor listing performance and recommend ways to increase lead volume.
• Partner with onsite teams to ensure listings remain current with updated photos and pricing.
• Generate 500+ leads each month across multiple communities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, leasing, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM systems or lead management software is preferred.
• Experience with Facebook Marketplace or online advertising is a plus.
• Real estate, manufactured housing, or property management experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• $45,000 Base Salary
• Commission opportunities based on closed sales and leases generated from your leads.
