Responsibilities:- Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks
- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
- Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close
- Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
- Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations
- Documenting prospect interactions, updating contact details, and tracking outreach metrics in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Nurturing early-stage prospects and building a trustworthy, consultative rapport
Qualifications:- Successful experience providing customer service preferred
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Details and meeting goals motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team
- Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
