Description

• Identify and source new business opportunities across multiple product lines and target markets
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
• Qualify leads, engage decision makers, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships
• Support trade shows, industry events, and marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist with product sampling, inventory coordination, and customer onboarding activities
• Communicate customer needs internally and help facilitate collaboration between commercial and technical teams
• Maintain accurate CRM data, reporting, and pipeline visibility

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outbound prospecting activities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience using CRM systems preferred
• Motivated, self-directed, and eager to grow within a sales organization
