Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and introduce Trophy Insurance Solutions.
Identify and qualify leads, determining their potential fit for our insurance products.
Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Demonstrated success in a sales or customer-facing role (at least 1 year preferred).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to identifying new opportunities.
Comfortable using CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
