Job Overview
At TE Connectivity, our Sales Development teams play a critical role in driving customer engagement, supporting sales execution, and ensuring operational excellence. The Sales Development Representative II provides both administrative and technical sales support to internal teams, manufacturer representatives, and customers. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to cross-reference components and interpret product dataExperience working with SAP (required), including:
Extracting component lists, data sheets, test reports, and shipment/backlog reports
Understanding SAP block codes and order statuses
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or a comparable CRM platform
Ability to analyze and extract data, including project and customer insights
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detailAbility to train and present processes effectively via video conference
Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
