This is a remote role that can be located anywhere in the United States.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving new business pipeline for Limo Anywhere digital marketing by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers within the ground transportation industry. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and early-stage discovery, creating high-quality opportunities for Account Executives and accelerating revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective customers within Limo Anywhere's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline through structured prospecting efforts
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, challenges, timing, and fit
• Communicate Limo Anywhere's value proposition, including operational efficiency and integrated payments
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage early-stage pipeline activity
• Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure effective opportunity handoff
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience (or equivalent)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or payments solutions
• Familiarity with the ground transportation or logistics industry
• Experience using sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc.)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity or pipeline targets

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000-79,000 USD

Includes base salary plus commission.
