**iWorQ**, a leading government software company based in Logan, Utah, is seeking ambitious, sharp, and professional **Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)** to join our on-site team. This role is perfect for **motivated self-starters**, former sales reps, or those looking to launch a successful career in software sales.  In this outbound role, you'll independently build your own pipeline, manage your day, and take ownership of your results. You'll connect with city and county government agencies nationwide, introduce our solutions, and schedule product demos for our Account Executives.  We're looking for individuals with a professional presence, strong communication skills, and the discipline to succeed in a high-activity environment.
