Sales Development Representative Priorities:

You'll oversee the inside phone sales activities, professionally engaging with potential clients to grow revenue, increase customer engagement, and secure more roofing projects. By strengthening relationships with current customers and fostering trust with prospects, you'll support exceptional customer service and lead generation efforts. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, track your progress and interactions in our CRM, and adjust strategies as needed to exceed performance targets.

Answering incoming phone calls and making outbound calls, you'll follow up with qualified leads to set sales and service appointments. You'll build up a profitable pipeline, professionally answering questions and addressing concerns to secure more sales. You'll follow up on quotes and inform prospects about our extensive products and services. Working with leadership and digital marketing teams, you'll assist with email, web, and social media outreach campaigns, attend trade shows, lead presentations, and participate in other promotional events to spread the word about our company. You'll also strategically research new markets and prospective clients we can reach out to. Your commitment to organization and continual improvement will help meet goals and provide positive customer experiences!

Qualifications:

  • Lead generation, qualifications, pre-call planning, account development, and time management experience
  • Experience using a CRM system (preferably AccuLynx)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused mindset
  • Talent for building rapport and creating/strengthening relationships
  • Outgoing, energetic, and empathetic personality
  • Drive to meet goals and accomplish results
  • Ability to stay organized and take accountability
  • Effective negotiation, communication, and active listening skills
  • Team spirit and a willingness to help others grow and improve
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Preferred - Sales or telesales experience
