Sales Development Representative

You'll be the first point of contact between our clients and prospective customers at promotional events, so this role suits someone who's confident starting conversations and enjoys a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Engage directly with potential customers through face-to-face campaigns
- Introduce customers to products, services, and promotional offers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right solution
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for client brands
- Build lasting customer relationships through strong communication
- Work toward individual and team acquisition goals
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Take part in ongoing sales and product training
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence in face-to-face conversations
- A goal-oriented, self-motivated approach
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable in a fast-paced setting
