This entry-level role is built for someone who's driven, coachable, and ready to learn how professional sales actually works. No insurance experience needed. We'll teach you everything.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Call people who requested an insurance quote, confirm their details, and connect them live with our licensed agents

Follow up with every lead on our proven call, text, and voicemail schedule

Reconnect with past quotes whose policies are coming up for renewal

Work side by side with our producers to turn conversations into new clients

What will I actually do all day? You'll call people who asked for an insurance quote, confirm their information, and connect them live with one of our licensed agents. You'll work from proven scripts and a power dialer, so you always know what to say next.

Is this cold calling? No. Everyone you call has asked for an insurance quote, either recently or in the past. You'll never buy your own leads or be asked to call friends and family.

Do I need experience or a license? No. You don't need a license to start, and we train you on everything: our products, our scripts, and our phone process.

What does the career path look like? SDR Licensed Sales Producer Senior Producer Agency Leadership. Top performers can also pursue agency ownership through the Farmers Protg Program.

Position Details

Location: In office, Mankato, MN. Schedule: MondayFriday, [8 AM5 PM], weekends off. Pay: $3,000 per month base + bonuses.
