POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a foundational role in building our sales development function from the ground up. You'll manage both inbound lead qualifications and strategic outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach. Rather than focusing on high-volume cold outreach, this role emphasizes thoughtful, relationship-driven engagement with a highly targeted audience of healthcare finance executives.
This is a newly established function within the company, so we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one — bringing prior SDR experience and a strong work ethic to consistently execute outbound and inbound motions. As our process matures, your day-to-day results and hands-on experience will naturally inform how we refine outreach and workflows, but the priority is execution first. This role offers a clear path for growth into future sales or marketing positions as our team scales.
