Crescendo Consultings, Inc., a sales and marketing firm, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to support our digital inclusion campaign across San Diego. This Sales Development Representative role focuses on sales outreach, connecting customers to reliable wireless service and 5G-enabled tablets through a nationally backed provider program.


As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the face of digital inclusion in San Diego. The Sales Development Representative will then meet customers at local hubs and residential areas, introducing them to a government‑assisted wireless program that provides free devices and phone service for telehealth and remote work. The Sales Development Representative will then bring America's Finest City into the digital age, one conversation at a time.


Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative

  • Conduct sales outreach across San Diego, helping customers understand how wireless and tablet programs can improve daily routines.
  • Explain the practical benefits of connectivity in clear, relatable terms that support informed decision‑making.
  • Verify eligibility thoroughly to maintain compliance and protect program integrity.
  • Support the sales pipeline by preparing qualified customers for the next step in their enrollment journey.
  • Use sales trends and customer feedback to focus outreach where digital access is most limited.
  • Participate in skill‑building workshops to improve sales confidence and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications of the Sales Development Representative
