Sales Development Representative

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Role Overview

Sales Development Representative responsible for building outbound pipeline for high-value enterprise AI contracts. This is an early GTM hire working directly with leadership to drive pipeline for large ACV deals in a fast-scaling startup.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound pipeline generation across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and conferences
  • Build and expand target account lists aligned to ideal customer profiles
  • Run initial discovery conversations and qualify enterprise opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior sellers to convert pipeline into revenue
  • Test and scale outbound channels, messaging, and playbooks
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline for high-value enterprise contracts ($500K+ ACV)
  • Work directly with CEO and sales leadership on GTM execution

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years SDR, business development, or GTM experience (exceptional new grads considered)
  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline
  • Comfortable with cold calling and live conversations
  • High agency, organization, and execution mindset
  • Willingness to travel for events
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
