Sales Development Representative
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Role Overview
Sales Development Representative responsible for building outbound pipeline for high-value enterprise AI contracts. This is an early GTM hire working directly with leadership to drive pipeline for large ACV deals in a fast-scaling startup.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound pipeline generation across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and conferences
- Build and expand target account lists aligned to ideal customer profiles
- Run initial discovery conversations and qualify enterprise opportunities
- Collaborate with senior sellers to convert pipeline into revenue
- Test and scale outbound channels, messaging, and playbooks
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline for high-value enterprise contracts ($500K+ ACV)
- Work directly with CEO and sales leadership on GTM execution
Requirements
- 1–2+ years SDR, business development, or GTM experience (exceptional new grads considered)
- Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline
- Comfortable with cold calling and live conversations
- High agency, organization, and execution mindset
- Willingness to travel for events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
