Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- 5 years experience as a Sales Director in a Stellantis dealership, or in a similar senior sales leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire our 30 man sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
