$100,000-$125,000 base + performance based bonus ($250,000 OTE)

The Externals Group is working with a large roofing and exterior contractor that specializes in full service residential projects. They are on the look out for a Director of Sales to take the reins and oversee multi-level employees.

Summary: You would be in charge of managing budgets and costing, overseeing staff and driving the team to assist with expand the company and develop solutions to any issues that may arise. This position will allow you to manager over 1/3 of the company. You will be responsible for ongoing coaching and development of the remote and local sales teams, working closely with other execs and the owner to collaboratively scale the company to new levels.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior or executive-level role within roofing, construction or exteriors
• Experience managing large teams both remote and in person.
• Experience working with budgets, costing and general administration duties,
• Ability to commute to the office each day.
