Our innovative Curation offering has seen remarkable success in a short time, and were expanding our team to drive significant growth in the programmatic advertising landscape.
About the Team
Were in an accelerated phase of growth, specifically focused on replacing third-party data on the open web through our innovative Curation solution. As a Sales Director, youll have a direct path to exceeding significant media spend targets on the Permutive platform across a portfolio of agencies. Your strategic acumen in promoting the curation and activation of bespoke audiences will directly contribute to our industry-defining mission.

What we are offering...
We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on marketing information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary of $160,000 - $180,000.
Additional compensation.. If you join Permutive as a Sales Director with a base salary of $160,000 and reach 100% quota attainment in a year, your OTE for that year will be around $320,000. The true earning potential is significantly higher as your potential to earn is uncapped, 100% quota attainment is the minimum expectation for our Sales Directors.

Permutive trusts you to manage your time and deliver results. Our hybrid model allows you to choose where you work best, whether in your own productive space or our London (Farringdon) or New York (Union Square) offices. That said, none of us work alone; we are part of a team. To foster collaboration and connection, teams in these locations come together in person at least once a week and are encouraged to benefit from being in our offices to meet with teams more often. Commercial and customer-facing teams are encouraged to embrace in-person interactions to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Every Permutive employee gets together in person at the company's Annual Kick Off for a week in February.
