This executive role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing sales team in a regulated cannabis market. Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectivesLead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targetsIdentify new business opportunities and establish relationships with dispensaries, distributors, and strategic partnersAnalyze sales metrics and market trends to optimize sales performanceCollaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaignsMaintain compliance with all federal state, and local cannabis regulations in all sales activitiesReport on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to the executive teamRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Qualifications:7+ years of sales and account management experience in cannabis, alcohol or equivalent industryBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plusDriver's license, driving record which meets Company insurability requirements, and auto insurance.Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skillsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly regulated industryWillingness to work weekends and after-hours for educational business meetings, trade shows, events & presentationsStrong knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary package and benefits ($100K base + Commission/15% On Target Bonus).Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life InsuranceSchedule – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (M-F) with on call weekend as needed to meet customer needsNoteThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
